QUALITY POLICY
The main
titles of our quality policy is:
1- To be
the leader at the market of our products; having an assurance system
to supply our clients the product with proper price and on time delivery.
2- Increasing product quality and decreasing product costs continously
by the full contribution of workers.
3- Training programs about quality including all personnel and always
having a better understanding of quality.
4- Not only fitting product and quality standards for all national and
international projects, but also doing it right at the first time with
no mistake and within the time we promised.
At the beginning of the new millenium, we face with progressing technology
and continously increasing and varifying requirements of human. In addition,
the concept of globalisation obligates firms to manufacture best quality
goods, having qualifications of proper price and short lead times. Being
in fact of this, our common effort has densed on supplying best conditions
for a manufacturing system in order to take place on the international
stage to be called "ETA-at the state of higher quality". This
mention and "know how" principle was a signal of a long travel
called ISO-9000 Q.S. activities. By reengineering our organization structure,
we managed to build up a more efficient and systemical work environment.
Having been accredited by S.G.S. Yarsley International Certification
Services with ISO 9002 Certificate after a short duration of ISO-9000-Q.S.
activities proves the prior importance we gave to quality concept.
To meet our quality policy we began to show more attention about quality
conrol activities starting from purchasing of raw material till the
delivery of goods to client. As a result, preventing and appreciating
activities supplied a continously increasing product quality. We -ETA-
not only build up a quality assurance system but also thought ways of
making it better, steady and a self-developing system.
Quality Handbook has been composed by the full contribute and is a proud
of whole ETA personnel. So it is a guide to all quality activities.
To competite on the international market, we are aware of the importance
of the quality assurance system. We always aim coming better points
to satisfy our clients and workers by maximising product and service
quality.
